7:45-9pm Rhythms for Belly Dance, Series starts March 21st. You must have a good understanding of your level 1 (beginning foundation) movements. This class will focus on transitions between sharp contractions and smooth undulating isolations. I will not be breaking down level 1 tech. in this class...so we have more time to play! instructor approval. email Janelle for info. 8 weeks, $75. $14 drop in. |

Class fees for Janelle Belly Dance ongoing classes:
$40 for 4 class pass, $75 for 8 class pass, $14 drop in. No refunds.
(Seperate Pay system for Wednesday 6:30 class)
Class attire:
Please wear comfortable clothes appropriate for a dance class,
no skirts, or belts/hip scarves w/ heavy beads or coins. Dance shoes optional,
but recommended. Yoga mat recommended.
